At Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury timepieces and fine jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place your item in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity, manuals, and warranty cards before placing it in a secure shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
